Team Work, Planning, Skilled
This card is one of life stability. A good example is that it shows a job that you are both competent at and find fulfilling. This is something that you can do for a while and not really find yourself suffering in the act of. This is also a time to stay within the bounds. It is not a time for flaunting of bending the rules, but instead finding the uses of them. Much like the rules Sudoku, they seem oppressive, but in reality they help you find the answers.
Team Work is another aspect of this card. It is everyone bringing their skills to the planning and execution of a project. You have the potential to draw the people you need for the task. It is a simple matter of having a shared goal among all of you.
Planning is key when dealing with this card. While it is grounded to begin with, you must be certain to have a similar state. This is not a time to simply rush off into something with only a vague idea. Instead, plan it out and follow along with that plan.
