Meanings:
Victory, Will, Control and exerting one's self.
The Chariot shows a certain mastery over the self. While it is definitely an expression of the Ego, it is more a sign of a healthy ego (it can also show one that is a bit too healthy too). The card does call on elements of victory: determination, resolution and assertiveness. This card gives an affirmation of victory over yourself as you are certain of your actions.
The Fool's Journey
Having made his way into Adulthood, the Fool finds himself a master of himself and with a strong sense of identity. While he has learned much in the city, he knows he must continue you. There will be a time for him to return here when his journey is complete. Taking his lessons to heart, he summons a chariot and rides away, seeking a new path to follow and new achievements that are to be had. He knows his journey is not at an end. Exerting the will he has learned from the Magician, he pulls himself away from his lover and continues on his journey.
