how to do a tarot reading

I found I need to wait for what I can only refer to as a "calling". For me, this is a time when I cannot shake the idea of my deck from my head and find myself looking for it then shuffling the cards for little reason. Normally I will either quickly do a reading or take some time, meditate and then do a reading.
