I dont think a palm reading session is all that expensive - you can probably find a local psychic/fortune teller that can read your palm and give you an analysis. If you do want to learn by yourself you can check out the links kiwi gave or just google for "palmistry" and I'm sure you will see that there are plenty of resources!

you can also buy a good book, I know at my local Borders store there are plenty of books on that subject
