After the first few cards in the Wands showing progress toward something, this is the first plateau. You find yourself enjoying the first fruits of your labor.
When you achieve a goal, you can't help but feel something for it. You feel excitement for your work and will show some form of gratification. The card shows just this, as there are things the people have earned with them.
The card shows excitement by the proxy of Celebration. This important because of the steps you have gone through to reach this point. The castle, which first appeared in the Ace, has been reached.
The final meaning, discipline, comes from a certain leeriness that comes from the suit itself. It is very early in the suit to be showing such things. That means that you must keep an eye on the clock and remember that this is still just the beginning of something much bigger.
