Meanings:
The Knight of Swords is a fairly straight forward card. When the Page fails to bring results, the Knight is the first one to come forward. He will cut straight to the point of the matter but will do so as he sees fit, quite tactlessly. The knight will, likely, produce the results the Page could not quite get to.
The Knight sees his viewpoint as the best one and sees his knowledge as the finest reference. Needless to say, the Knight is quite the egoist, but he earns it with his raw knowledge and power. The only problem is his complete lack of empathy. The knight sees feelings are useless and illogical. He will cut the matter to its core, lay it out plain as day and leave it there without any prompt or circumstance.
For all that the Knight sounds like someone who could work to against many goals, the knight is also the perfect one to get things started. He will begin at any project set in front of him without any regard to the emotions around it. He wants results. This makes it very important to think about how the Knight is influencing the events relevant. It could be the Knight is the only influence, then you want to bring him in check. If it is the knight is needed but has yet to arrive on the scene, it is time to call that aspect forth.
