More often than not those who do not acknowledge it will find many prices waiting for them down the line. This card can serve as a warning that something is coming to haunt you. It is also warn you of a tilting balance in a direction.
The final meaning serves as an important reminder. Just as karma is give and take, so is life itself. When something comes to an end, something new is created. The night gives way to the dawn just as a death gives us to creating life. It is a place where something new can be begun now that an ending has come.
