The Major Arcana - The Hermit

The Hermit represents the eternal question of "Why" in life. The entire process of turning your mind and eyes inward to find the answers to these questions. It is a call for some time alone to focus on yourself and improving there upon. It is a time of focus with minimal distractions from life itself.

The Fool's Journey
After a long time of his journey, the Fool finds himself drawn into solitude. He asks himself in earnest the question of "Why". For everything he has done so far, he has yet to find the answer to why we live, think, suffer, grow and die. The Fool withdraws from the world in this time and ponders his existence and looks inside himself for the answers to many questions that he has held inside for very long.
